About Aramark

Aramark is a company that provides food services and facilities management. It operates in North America (the United States and Canada) and in more than 20 other countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Philippines, South Korea, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Ireland, and Spain. In 2017, the company generated operating revenues of approximately USD 14.6 billion.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The catering system is a technology platform designed to support the business management of food service providers that supply prepared meals to companies.

The solution includes a mobile application (App) designed for mobile devices, aimed at simplifying the user experience before and during their time in the dining area. In addition, it provides operational support features that allow companies to organize, present, and promote their food offerings effectively.

The Mobile Application for End Users

The application allows users to select main dishes and side items based on their preferences. Once the selection is made, a QR code is generated, which can later be scanned at a self-service kiosk or terminal to complete payment. This approach eliminates long queues, improves control efficiency, and significantly enhances the user experience.
Payments are processed in a simple and seamless way through the app, using the most common digital payment methods available in the market.
Additionally, the catering app enables end users to rate the service and purchase other available products, such as items offered in on-site cafés.

Back Office Capabilities

The catering platform developed by Tecnova also includes a back-office module предназначен exclusively for the food service operator.

This module allows companies to define their menu offerings and pricing, including differentiated pricing for contracted customers and guests. It also enables the configuration of general products, promotions, and bundled packages for sale.

From an administrative perspective, the platform allows operators to configure opening hours for each location, provide users with real-time visibility into dining hall occupancy, and access online management reports based on the information handled by the system.
