BCI Seguros – Vehicle Claim Reporting Web Portal

Description

With the goal of delivering value to both internal and external customers through its products and services, BCI Seguros set out to innovate by launching a new vehicle claims reporting website. This platform enables customers to submit vehicle claims in a simple, fast, and secure way—whether for personal vehicles or corporate fleets.

The new Vehicle Claim Reporting Web Portal was designed to exceed customer expectations through innovation, quality, and efficiency, supported by a strong commitment from its team and robust technological infrastructure.

Thanks to its experience in the insurance industry and its solid track record in technology project management, Tecnova was awarded the responsibility of partnering with BCI Seguros on this new challenge.

The Vehicle Claim Reporting Web Portal allows customers to take part in the entire claim submission process by centralizing information end to end—from the moment the claim is submitted until the adjuster contacts the customer.

Key Features

  • Claim submission forms, with intelligent form rendering based on the type of claim being reported (collision with damage, theft, fire, natural events, and public order disturbances).
  • Integration with the insurance CORE system, where claim intake information is ultimately stored.
  • Integration with the AURIS System, which receives claim notifications and generates a service number associated with each report.
  • Integration with Google Maps, providing accurate geolocation of the claim address and incident location.
  • Integration with IBM Content Manager, enabling the storage of photos, images, and documents attached during the claims submission process.
  • Integration with MailJet for messaging (email notifications), informing customers of successful claim submission and providing the corresponding claim number for tracking and follow-up.
