I joined Tecnova back on January 11, 2016, starting out as a Receptionist, and from the very beginning, I knew I was joining a great company. A good friend told me about the opening, and from day one I felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone was kind, supportive, and willing to challenge me right away. They trained me patiently, which meant a lot to me.

Over time, I truly began to feel like an important part of the team, always receiving strong support—both professionally and personally.

Then, on November 22, 2021, I moved into a new role as an Assistant supporting both the HR and Commercial teams. The trust they placed in me was incredibly meaningful. This has been the biggest professional challenge of my career, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity and the constant support. Working side by side with great leaders and highly professional colleagues has been an amazing experience. I’m proud to be part of a team that stands out not only for its expertise, but also for its human quality.

I’ve seen firsthand how the company has grown and how genuinely it cares about employee well-being—always respecting labor rights and creating a supportive work environment. Every day, I see people giving their best.
