Adessa, a Falabella group company that provides technological services to the Holding, commissioned Tecnova to implement the “Internal Supply Control” system, a solution that allows stores to manage and control the needs of supplies by location, allowing traceability of the use of products that are required in the premises and that are intended for internal maintenance.
To facilitate this control, Tecnova developed a Web solution capable of meeting the following objectives:
- View supplies inventories in online stores.
- View the inventory of inputs valued online.
- Suggest orders according to actual consumption.
- Show online stock in warehouses of supplies.
- Support the management of acquisitions purchases.
System Modules
The system implemented a solution based on a work flow that allows controlling and managing the requests for supplies until their acquisition, generating a data trace that would allow a set of collateral procedures to the business flow. The main functions implemented in the system are summarized in:
- Enter Input Request: Each location formally manages its input requests, for which you can check the stock of products at the location.
- Authorization of Requests: The premises are grouped by areas, so there is a role in charge of endorsing each request, being able to approve or reject the request. In the case of rejection, the request is returned to be corrected.
- Administrator: Requests are managed by an Administrator, who has at his disposal a set of functionalities that allow:
+ If the order is ok, add to the consolidation of regional orders.
+ Group by supplier and item. This functionality allows to facilitate the unified purchase, with which a better price per volume is obtained.
+ Generate purchase order request.
+ Send requests to the centralized purchasing system.
+ Wait for the offline response of the closing of the purchase. - Utilities: The system also has facilities for business management:
+ Profile management by role.
+ Integrated task tray.
+ Consultations and reports on the status of the process and business.
+ Integrated management with the Stock company.
