The Mobile Application for the End User
The application allows you to select the main dishes and side dishes that the user is interested in. After selection, a QR code is generated that can be used later against a totem or self-service terminal, to pay for the service. This allows to avoid long and slow lines, increasing the effectiveness of the control and the user experience.
On the other hand, payment management is done very simply, using the most common digital media on the market from the APP.
Additionally, the catering APP allows the end user to rate the service, as well as to purchase other products that are available, for example, those found in the cafeteria.
For the Back Office
The catering platform developed by Tecnova also has a back office module for the exclusive use of the food operator.
This module allows the company to define its menu offer and prices, differentiating values for conventions and guests. In addition, it is allowed to configure products in general, promotions or packages for sale.
Finally, for more administrative issues, it allows, among others, to configure the hours of operation of each premises, report to users the occupation of a dining room at all times and obtain online management reports of the information managed by the system.
