We implemented for Isapre Banmedica, the main private health pension institution in Chile, the system for collecting vouchers via the web for medical service providers, associated with the benefits they deliver to Isapre members.
The main objective of the system was to automate manual processes for bond payment requests. Consequently, give providers greater autonomy, internalize the payment request process and reduce the workload in Isapre branches, generating significant savings.
In addition, complementary to the WEB system, a Backoffice application was implemented that allows Isapre to manage the requests loaded by the providers.
On the other hand, through the integration with IMED (a platform that digitally connects health entities, doctors and patients to allow the issuance and processing of documents), it allows the collection of vouchers to large providers such as the main clinics and hospitals in the region. country.
